1. Build During the Event All projects must be created during the 24‑hour hackathon. Public libraries, APIs, and open‑source tools are allowed; pre‑built projects are not.
2. Team Size Teams may have 1–4 members, and all must be registered on Devpost.
3. Submission Requirements To be judged, teams must submit on Devpost before the deadline, link a GitHub repo, and present during judging.
4. Track Selection Choose one track: Finance, AI/ML, Health, General, Hardware, or Cybersecurity.
5. Code of Conduct HackHounds follows a strict Code of Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
6. Eligibility Open to college students, recent grads, and approved high school participants. Organizers and judges cannot compete.
7. Prohibited Content No malicious software, illegal activity, or projects that violate university policies.
